The Sharpening Stone from Okatsune, with a grit of #400 is ideal for everyday sharpening of secateurs and shears.
How to use: Wet the stone well before use, and don't grind too hard. Most shears and secateurs are single bevelled - sharpen on the outside, and then smooth off the inside, going slightly over to remove the burr.
